Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
- 1 can of pear(s)
- 2 lemons
- 4 tbsp jam (currant jam)
- 200 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 350 g yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 75 g sugar
- some cinnamon
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Make a batter from the above ingredients and line a greased springform pan with it. Spread the base with jam and arrange the pears on top. Mix the remaining ingredients to make the glaze and pour it over the pears. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
