Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g beef fillet(s), thin slices
- 3 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 3 onions
- 200 g arugula
- 1 large baguette(s)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- olive oil
- Vinegar
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Salt the fillets, drizzle with olive oil, and grill on the grill. Sprinkle the fillets with Parmesan cheese and set aside. Halve and thinly slice the onions, fry them until crispy, and then rinse with vinegar. Halve the baguette and top with mustard, fillets, arugula, and onions.
