Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g penne
- 1 piece(s) blue cheese (Österkron)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- some flour
- 125 ml coffee cream
- 125 ml milk
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pasta with blue cheese
Cook the penne as usual until al dente. Finely chop the spring onions, sauté in oil, add the chopped Österkron and let it melt. Dust with flour, mix well, and stir in the coffee cream and milk to make a nice sauce. Let it simmer briefly, then stir in the penne and serve immediately.
