Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 1 banana(s), sliced
  • 1 tbsp raisins, optional
  • 60 g berries, e.g. blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp sprouted grain cereal, unsweetened, optional
  • 2 tbsp cereal (whole wheat pillows), optional
  • 300 ml almond milk or oat milk, unsweetened

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a large cereal bowl, combine all ingredients and optional toppings. Top with almond or oat milk and enjoy.
