  • 300 g watermelon(s)
  • 30 g cream cheese
  • 10 g protein powder
  • 150 g berries, fresh or other fruit
  • Seeds or kernels, optional

For the base, slice the watermelon and arrange on a plate like a pizza. Pat the top dry so the cream cheese sticks better. First, spread the watermelon slices lightly with cream cheese. Mix the remaining cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of water and 10g of protein powder. Spread or drizzle on the pizza. Slice selected fruit, such as strawberries and cherries, and place on the pizza. Sprinkle some seeds or something similar on top, if desired. And now enjoy a fruity, juicy pizza! Tips: Cream cheese spreads with chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry protein powder also work great. Add granola and dried fruit.
