Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g spelt flakes
  • 250 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 150 g millet flakes
  • 100 g wheat germ
  • 100 g flaxseed
  • 100 g sesame seeds, unhulled
  • 200 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g apricot(s), dried, unsulphured
  • 100 g plum(s), dried, unsulphured

Cut the apricots and plums into small cubes (this is very easy and especially quick with clean kitchen scissors) and mix them with the wheat germ first. This prevents the cubes from sticking together later in the muesli mix. Then mix in all the other ingredients. Store the finished muesli mix in a tightly sealed container in a dark, dry place. Weigh out 50 g of the muesli mix per serving and enjoy with fruit, yogurt or quark, buttermilk, milk, or soy milk, as desired. The muesli mix is ​​rich in fiber and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
