Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 2 pinches of dill
- some parsley
- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp herb butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and slice the cucumber. Peel and finely dice the onion. Blend the onions with the remaining dressing ingredients until smooth. Mix with the cucumber slices, add the herbs, and serve. Serve immediately or after letting it marinate for a while.
