Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g minced meat
- 2 onions
- 600 g carrot(s)
- 600 g potatoes
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
- 750 ml broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Lightly fry the minced meat and diced onions. Peel the carrots and potatoes, cut them into small cubes, and add them. Pour in the broth and simmer for 45 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
