Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta (spiral pasta)
- 100 g pepper(s), frozen
- 75 g broccoli, frozen
- 50 g mushrooms from the jar
- 50 g corn from the can
- ½ cup cream
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 3 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 4 tbsp vegetable broth, granulated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the spiral noodles for about 8 minutes until al dente, then drain. Chop the broccoli florets into small pieces to thaw faster. Drain the mushrooms and corn in a sieve. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and add the noodles. Add the bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, and corn, and mix well. Add the cream and vegetable stock, stir well, and reduce slightly. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili.
