with honey and peanut oil

Grind the mustard seeds into mustard flour. They’ll be a bit coarser in a mortar and pestle, or a bit finer in an electric coffee grinder. Alternatively, you can use store-bought mustard flour. Add all other ingredients and blend. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Then pour into sterile screw-top jars and store in a cool place. This amount makes 2 jars of 190 ml each. It will keep for about 6 months in the refrigerator.
