Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ kg minced meat
- 300g bacon
- 400 g mushrooms
- 4 onions
- 250 g cream cheese
- 125 g ham, diced
- 5 eggs
- chives
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- Spice mix for minced meat
- Breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
Prepare a meat batter from the ground beef, one egg, breadcrumbs, one diced onion, and the seasonings. Line a springform pan with bacon. Pour in half of the meat batter and press down. Clean and finely chop the mushrooms and the remaining onions, fry them, and spread them over the meat batter. Place the remaining meat batter on top and press down firmly. Bake the meat pie for 1-1.5 hours in a preheated oven at 200°C, but cover once it is browned. In the meantime, boil the remaining eggs and quarter them. Finely chop the chives. Remove the meat pie from the pan and let it cool thoroughly. Spread the cream cheese all over the cake and on top. Distribute the eggs over the cake. Sprinkle with chives and diced ham. Tip: Pickles, tomatoes, asparagus, or bacon are also suitable as decorations. Crème fraîche is also a good filling.
