Zucchini smoothie with oranges, persimmons and kale

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 leaf of kale
  • 1 small persimmon
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Green smoothie

Wash the zucchini and cut into large chunks. Peel the oranges and cut into chunks. Remove the green part from the stem of one kale leaf and wash it. Wash the persimmon and cut it into 4 pieces. Place all of these ingredients in a blender, fill with water up to the 1-liter mark, and blend on high for 2-3 minutes. If you don’t have kale, you can omit it and use a medium to large zucchini instead. This will give the smoothie a much lighter, less green color.
