Beetroot and pineapple smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 200 g pineapple
  • 200 g beetroot, cooked and peeled
  • 300 ml mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the apple, remove the core, and roughly dice it. Dice the pineapple and beetroot as well. Puree everything, pour into glasses, and top with mineral water.
