  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • some onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Super delicious as a spread!

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon and mash it with a fork. Transfer it to a small bowl and add a piece of onion crushed through a garlic press. Then crush the garlic and add it, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Tastes best on freshly toasted white bread!
