Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 small bunch of chives, cut into fine rolls
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pour the cream, chives, and salt into a clean screw-top jar and seal. Shake until the fat separates from the water. After a while, a lump of butter will form. Now you can drain the water and remove the butter from the jar.
