Dark Lava Cake with Cold Vanilla
The perfect dark lava cake with cold vanilla recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Lava cake:
- 210 g Butter
- 150 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g White chocolate couverture
- 7 Pc. Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 120 g Flour
- 40 g Cocoa powder
- Fat for the molds
Ice:
- 500 ml Whipped cream
- 400 ml Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
Lava cakes:
- Liquefy chocolate and butter using steam. Remove the bowl from the stove. Then mix with eggs and sugar, add flour and cocoa powder and stir. Pour the mass into the greased molds and put in the oven at 210 degrees (hot air) for 7 to 8 minutes.
Ice:
- Whip the whipped cream to the cream. Put the condensed milk and the contents of the vanilla pod in a bowl. Slowly fold in the whipped cream piece by piece. Mix everything and place in a freezer safe container. The mass has to cool in the freezer for four to five hours.
