- 100 g raisins
- 50 g butter, soft
- 50 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 lemon(s), grated peel
- 150 g flour

Using a ladle, stir the butter until small peaks form. One at a time, mix in the sugar, egg, and lemon zest. Mix the flour and raisins thoroughly and add them gradually. Using 2 teaspoons of dough, scoop out small heaping scoops and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C until golden brown. Tip: If you like, you can make a glaze from 50g of powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and brush it over the warm cookies. They taste delicious just as good without it.
