  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 80 ml skimmed milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • sweetener
  • Vanilla flavor
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 piece(s) melon(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 1 orange(s)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Whisk the flour with baking powder and milk until lump-free. Add the egg, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Halve the banana, dice one half, and stir it into the batter. Heat the oil in a pan, add the banana batter, and cook a pancake. Fruit salad: Peel and dice the melon, kiwi, and orange, along with the remaining banana. Mix well and sweeten to taste. Serve on top of the pancake.
