Peel the asparagus, trim the ends diagonally, and cut the stalks diagonally into approximately 3 cm long pieces. Rinse the strawberries and cut them into sticks. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the asparagus until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the asparagus and continue frying for a while, stirring constantly. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the asparagus and let it caramelize slightly, stirring constantly. Deglaze with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and remove from the heat. Mix in the strawberries and immediately ladle the salad into serving bowls. A light, fresh salad that showcases the flavor of both the asparagus and the strawberries.
