Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g chives
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 70 g sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the chives into small rolls and the garlic into small pieces to make the paste easier. Using a hand blender, mortar, or Thermomix, blend the chives, garlic, salt, and oil into a smooth paste. Transfer to a clean screw-top jar and store in the refrigerator. The paste is ready to use.
