Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Fast and tasty

This recipe was born out of necessity when I had nothing else in the house. It’s quick and easy to prepare. Chop walnuts and garlic, mix with olive oil, and add a pinch of salt. It tastes fantastic with tagliatelle pasta and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
