Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g mushrooms (chanterelles)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 70 g fat
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 125 ml sour cream
  • Parsley
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

The chanterelle mushrooms are cleaned, washed, and sliced. Roast the finely chopped onion in hot oil, add the bell peppers and mushrooms, and sauté until soft. Dust with flour, then add a little water, season with pepper, salt, and stir in the sour cream. Season with lemon juice and parsley. Bread dumplings or egg noodles are the best accompaniment!
