- 2 fish fillets
- 150 ml tomatoes, pureed
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 ½ tsp herbs de Provence
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
- Garlic oil
- 75 g cheese, grated

Low-carb, quick and delicious
Brush a small baking dish with garlic oil and place the fish fillet in it. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, cream, and finely diced onion, season well, and add a squeeze of lemon juice. Pour everything over the fish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes.
