Low-carb "Nutella" – chocolate nut spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g hazelnuts or almonds, ground
  • 60 g butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp Stevia

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with hazelnuts or almonds

Combine all dry ingredients. If using refrigerated butter, melt it in the microwave for a few seconds until soft but not melted. Blend everything until smooth. Chill the chocolate-nut spread before serving, if desired.
