Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g raspberries, frozen
  • 500 g yogurt, 0.1%
  • n. B. Sweetener, liquid
  • possibly milk, 1.5%

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

WW – suitable, 1 p. per portion

Combine the ingredients in a deep mixing bowl and blend with a hand blender. If the mixture is too thick, add a little milk to help blend the raspberries. Since the raspberries are frozen, the ice cream can be served immediately. Otherwise, place it in the freezer and remove it about 30 minutes before serving and mix it lightly with a fork.
