Lavender-Garlic Butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 handful of lavender, dried
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • Sea salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely chop the lavender flowers, peel and press the garlic cloves, and combine all ingredients with the butter. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste. It goes perfectly with fresh bread or baguette. We served it with sea bream in a salt crust and a green salad.
