Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries, frozen
  • 400 g natural yogurt 1.5% fat
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 4 small strawberries
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Low Carb, from the Thermomix

Add the raspberries, lemon juice, and yogurt to the Thermomix and run on high for 3-4 minutes. Place the finished ice cream in the freezer for another 15 minutes. Garnish with strawberries and mint leaves to serve.
