Chanterelle butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chanterelles
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean the chanterelles and chop them very finely. Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Sauté the onion and add the chanterelles. Fry in the pan for about 3 minutes. Now add the parsley and mix everything well. Season generously with salt and pepper and sauté thoroughly in the pan. Let the mixture cool, then mix with the softened butter. Let it set in the refrigerator. Tastes delicious as a spread on bread, but also as a side dish with pan-fried dishes.
