Lettuce hearts with cauliflower

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small head of cauliflower
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 1 bunch(s) of cherry tomatoes
  • 6 tbsp olive oil, high quality
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 3 lettuce hearts

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finger food

Using a sharp knife, finely slice the cauliflower florets into very thin slices. Halve the tomatoes. Marinate the tomatoes and cauliflower with the squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Remove the lettuce leaves. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the filling into each leaf.
