Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g kidney beans
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • ½ m.-sized onion(s)
  • Balsamic vinegar, light or dark
  • Water
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some honey
  • Dill, finely chopped, fresh or frozen
  • Chives, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a glass bowl, make the dressing with balsamic vinegar, a little water, 1/2 onion, salt and pepper, a little honey, dill, and chives. Season to taste. Now add the kidney beans, tomatoes, and the chopped banana and mix everything well. This salad is the perfect filling dish.
