Leek onion cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • some pepper, freshly ground
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

Trim the white and light green parts of the spring onions, cut them lengthwise into strips and crosswise into thin slices. Mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche, crumble the feta over the top, and mix well with a fork. Grind the pepper over the cream and mix it in with the spring onions. Let the cream sit for a while, preferably overnight, and season with salt if desired. Serve with bread, crackers, or even with boiled potatoes. The cream is easy to prepare and is perfect for buffets or as a snack with beer or wine.
