Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 380 ml milk
- 50 ml whipped cream
- 50 g semolina
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp, levelled sugar
- 20 g butter
- n. B. cinnamon – sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine milk, cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and semolina in a saucepan, stir, and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 7 minutes. Stir the butter into the still-hot semolina porridge. Remove the pan from the heat and let the semolina porridge swell briefly in the pan. Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired.
