Winter salad with grapes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 80 g grapes
  • 80 g feta cheese
  • 3 spring onions
  • 50 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 100 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp vinegar, e.g. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil, e.g. olive oil
  • ½ pack of salad herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lamb’s lettuce. Chop it if necessary. I leave it as is. Cut all other ingredients into smaller pieces. Then add the vinegar, olive oil, and half the herb sachet. Mix everything well. If you don’t have spring onions, you can use regular onions. I braised them a bit beforehand. The quantities vary for me. I use just my own judgment.
