Bianca’s Favorite Brownies
The perfect bianca’s favorite brownies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For brownies:
- 400 g Dark chocolate
- 300 g Butter
- 8 piece Eggs
- 480 g Sugar
- 100 g Almonds
- 6 tbsp Baking cocoa
- 1 pinch Salt
For the cream:
- 500 g Cream cheese
- 200 g Sugar
- 4 piece Eggs
- Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (top and bottom heat) Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a water bath (should be free of lumps) then let them cool for about 10 minutes (should not be too liquid).
- Mix the eggs and sugar, stir in the cooled chocolate mixture, add the ground almonds, baking cocoa and salt, stir to a smooth dough.
- Line a high baking sheet with parchment paper, distribute the mixture evenly on it and smooth it out with a spoon.
- Mix the cream cheese, sugar and eggs into a smooth batter. Fold in the berries to taste. We like raspberries best, but works with any other variety too. Distribute evenly on the brownie dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven to 160 ° C (top and bottom heat) for 40-50 minutes. Then let it cool down a bit before cutting the brownies. Good Appetite
