Ingredients

For brownies:

  • 400 g Dark chocolate
  • 300 g Butter
  • 8 piece Eggs
  • 480 g Sugar
  • 100 g Almonds
  • 6 tbsp Baking cocoa
  • 1 pinch Salt

For the cream:

  • 500 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 piece Eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (top and bottom heat) Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a water bath (should be free of lumps) then let them cool for about 10 minutes (should not be too liquid).
  • Mix the eggs and sugar, stir in the cooled chocolate mixture, add the ground almonds, baking cocoa and salt, stir to a smooth dough.
  • Line a high baking sheet with parchment paper, distribute the mixture evenly on it and smooth it out with a spoon.
  • Mix the cream cheese, sugar and eggs into a smooth batter. Fold in the berries to taste. We like raspberries best, but works with any other variety too. Distribute evenly on the brownie dough.
  • Bake in the preheated oven to 160 ° C (top and bottom heat) for 40-50 minutes. Then let it cool down a bit before cutting the brownies. Good Appetite
