Bianca’s Favorite Brownies

The perfect bianca’s favorite brownies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For brownies:

  • 400 g Dark chocolate
  • 300 g Butter
  • 8 piece Eggs
  • 480 g Sugar
  • 100 g Almonds
  • 6 tbsp Baking cocoa
  • 1 pinch Salt

For the cream:

  • 500 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 piece Eggs
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (top and bottom heat) Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a water bath (should be free of lumps) then let them cool for about 10 minutes (should not be too liquid).
  2. Mix the eggs and sugar, stir in the cooled chocolate mixture, add the ground almonds, baking cocoa and salt, stir to a smooth dough.
  3. Line a high baking sheet with parchment paper, distribute the mixture evenly on it and smooth it out with a spoon.
  4. Mix the cream cheese, sugar and eggs into a smooth batter. Fold in the berries to taste. We like raspberries best, but works with any other variety too. Distribute evenly on the brownie dough.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven to 160 ° C (top and bottom heat) for 40-50 minutes. Then let it cool down a bit before cutting the brownies. Good Appetite
