Broccoli in a bed of onions

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 broccoli, approx. 500 g
  • 4 medium-sized onions, approx. 400 g
  • little broth, concentrated, alternatively granulated broth or wonder spice
  • Cayenne pepper
  • n. B. Salt
  • 2 tbsp oil or whatever you like

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

alkaline, vegan, GAT-compliant

Divide the broccoli into small florets, peel the stalks, and chop finely. Dice the onion into fairly small cubes. Heat the oil in a lidded pan and let the onions brown. This will take a few minutes. Sprinkle generously with cayenne pepper and stir. Add the stock and the broccoli florets, cover, and reduce the heat until tender. Stir occasionally, letting the condensed liquid flow into the pan. As a side dish, this is definitely enough for two people. Anyone who knows me knows that this is a main course for me.
