Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g Skyr
  • 50 g cream cheese (Exquisa Fitline 0.2%)
  • 15 g vanilla protein powder
  • 10 g vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • e.g. flavor powder (cheesecake or vanilla)
  • 25 g raspberry jam, reduced sugar (e.g. from Zentis)
  • ½ butter biscuit(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the first 6 ingredients for the cheesecake mixture and chill in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then spread with jam and decorate with the crumbled shortbread. Nutritional information: 226 kcal | 17g carbohydrates | 32g protein | 2g fat
