Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 6 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 tbsp mustard (delicatessen)
- Tabasco (smoked, the regular one is too hot)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
tasty yet low-calorie dip
Combine everything and stir well. It’s a good, low-calorie dip for many things, such as vegetable sticks made from peppers, carrots, celery, and other raw vegetables. It also works well for chicken sticks, etc.
