Red cabbage, apple and orange salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • some lemon juice
  • 500 g red cabbage (blue cabbage)
  • 200 g apple
  • 160 g orange(s)
  • pepper
  • some sugar
  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix the yogurt and lemon juice. Season with pepper, a little sugar, and cinnamon. Finely chop the red cabbage. Core the apple and coarsely grate it. Segment the orange and cut it into small pieces. Add everything to the yogurt and mix well.
