Banana muesli cookies without sugar

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), very ripe
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 tbsp, heaped oat flakes, fine
  • 6 tbsp, heaped muesli, e.g. children’s fruit muesli without sugar, finely ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with the sweetness of fruits, suitable for baby led weaning (BLW), makes about 20 biscuits

Peel and finely mash the banana. Crack the egg and mix it with the banana. Stir in the oats and the finely ground muesli. Preheat the oven to 150°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the mixture onto it using two small spoons. Bake the cookies on the middle rack for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the size. Makes about 20 cookies. Depending on the brand, children’s muesli contains different amounts of sweet dried fruit and sweetens the cookies accordingly. If desired, you can mix a tablespoon of very finely chopped raisins into the batter. I use children’s fruit muesli from DM; it’s perfectly finely ground for very little ones, but it’s also very sweet, which makes it ideal for sweetening cookies.
