Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 25 g grain
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 tsp cream
  • 1 tsp nuts, finely ground
  • ½ tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

Always alternate grains and fruits seasonally

The grain is finely ground and soaked in water for 5-8 hours. After the soaking time, the finely grated apple, cream, nuts, and lemon juice are mixed into the grain porridge.
