Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 potato(s)
  • 100 g carrot(s)
  • 30 g meat, lean
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the potatoes over low heat. Meanwhile, finely chop the carrot and sauté it with 3 tablespoons of water and the meat. Then puree the carrots and meat with a hand blender. Mash the potatoes and butter in a small bowl until smooth. Add the carrot puree and mix well. Thin with a little boiled water if necessary.
