A different kind of pasta salad for grilling

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche, 200 g each
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 2 packs of ready-mixed salad herbs and dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick and easy delicious

Boil the eggs hard. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Wash the spring onions and cut into small rings. Wash the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. After cooking, place the pasta in a bowl and toss with the crème fraîche. Mix the spring onions and lettuce with the pasta. Prepare the dressing mix according to the instructions and season well with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Finally, peel the eggs, quarter them, and arrange them on top of the salad. Perfect for grilling.
