Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g kohlrabi
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 120 ml apple juice
  • 30 ml rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

from the 7th month

Clean, peel, and dice the kohlrabi and zucchini. Peel and dice the potatoes. Cook the vegetables and potatoes in a little water until soft. Drain, reserving the water. Add the oatmeal and puree with the juice and 80 ml of the cooking water. Finally, stir in the oil.
