  • 500 g carrot(s), peeled and finely sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp, heaped creamed horseradish
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • some raisins, ground

Instructions
