simply
Pour oil into a sealable container. Then add 3 crushed cloves of garlic. To crush, place the flat side of a large knife against the clove lying there and tap it with the palm of your hand. Then add the lime or lemon juice. Now add the ground pepper and mix a little. Lightly salt the salmon on both sides. Cut the last garlic clove into small sticks and stud the salmon on both sides with them. Now place the salmon in the oil, cover with the lid and let it marinate for about 2 hours. You can also leave it overnight if you like it more intense. After removing the salmon, drain well and briefly sear it on both sides in a pan. We like to eat it with scrambled eggs and spinach or simply with buttered toast.
