Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp peppercorns, pink, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

with thyme and lemon juice

Mix everything together and marinate the meat until ready to roast or grill.
