Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g yogurt, 3.5% (of your choice)
  • 100 g cream cheese, light, 0.2%
  • 20 g protein powder or flour
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla, chocolate…)
  • n.e. sweetener, erythritol, flavor drops etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

High in protein, sugar-free and healthy, yet delicious!

Preheat oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat). Mix all ingredients, pour into a prepared 16cm or 18cm springform pan, and bake for 90 minutes. Nutritional information for the whole cake: Note: If flour is used instead of protein powder, the nutritional information will change accordingly! 662 kcal, 61.9 g carbohydrates, 64.1 g protein, 16.0 g fat.
