Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g yogurt, 3.5% (of your choice)
- 100 g cream cheese, light, 0.2%
- 20 g protein powder or flour
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla, chocolate…)
- n.e. sweetener, erythritol, flavor drops etc.

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
High in protein, sugar-free and healthy, yet delicious!
Preheat oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat). Mix all ingredients, pour into a prepared 16cm or 18cm springform pan, and bake for 90 minutes.
