Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 1 pack of frozen vegetables, any variety you like, mixed
- 1 cup sour cream, or 100 g cream cheese, or mixed
- 100 g cheese, for gratinating
- Spices)
Instructions

Use of leftovers, homemade, vegetarian – but can also be made with meat
Cook the spaghetti in salted water or use leftovers from the day before. Thaw the frozen vegetables in a pan (or microwave and then add them back to the pan). Then mix with the sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and desired spices. Place the spaghetti in the casserole dish, top with the vegetables, and then top with the cheese to bake. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is nicely browned. Tip: If you’d like to make this with meat, you can fry bacon and sprinkle it over the vegetables.
